3. Scope of services
KPIDM provides two broad categories of services:
- Agency services — SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, website development, content marketing, and consulting for businesses across India. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are set in a separate written proposal or agreement.
- Training programs — the Social Media Marketing Training batch runs offline in Surat; every other topic is delivered as personalised 1-on-1 training. Batch fees, dates and curriculum are listed on the respective pages; 1-on-1 fees and schedule are quoted per enquiry.
4. Enquiries, forms, and messages
Every form on this website submits as a WhatsApp message — we do not operate a server-side database. By submitting any form you agree that the information you include may be sent to our WhatsApp inbox. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data under the DPDP Act, 2023.
5. Training — specific terms
- Seat in a batch is confirmed only after fees are received. Batch dates, duration, and seat caps are stated on the respective page at the time of booking.
- Fees quoted on the site apply to the batch and format stated. Pricing changes — such as the shift from the Social Media Marketing Training batch at ₹20,000 to a personalised 1-on-1 format at ₹1,96,000 from December 2026 — are communicated on the relevant pages before they take effect.
- Refund requests are reviewed case by case — see our Refund Policy.
- KPIDM may reschedule or cancel a batch with reasonable notice if circumstances outside our control require it (for example, a public emergency). In such cases, enrolled participants may choose to join the next available batch or request a refund per the Refund Policy.
6. Agency engagements — specific terms
Agency engagements are governed by the written proposal or Statement of Work signed between KPIDM and the client. The terms on this page are the baseline; the proposal controls where it conflicts with this page.
7. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information in enquiries and during any engagement.
- Only use our website for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to probe, disrupt, or scrape the site.
- If you are enrolling on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have their consent to share their details with KPIDM.
8. Intellectual property
All text, images, graphics, and structured content on this website — except third-party logos used descriptively — are the property of KPIDM. You may share links to pages and quote short excerpts for commentary, but you may not copy or republish our training material, agency case studies, or brand assets without written permission.
