Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data KPIDM processes, why, and the rights you have under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP).

Last updated: 6 November 2026

1. Who we are

KPIDM is a sole proprietorship operated by Kiran Virani from The Galleria Business Hub-2, 401, near Mahavir Circle, Yogi Chowk Ground, Chikuwadi, Nana Varachha, Surat, Gujarat 395011. GST Identification Number (GSTIN): 24ECGPK0334D1Z6. For anything on this page, we are the Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act.

2. What personal data we collect

We deliberately collect the minimum needed to reply to you. Every form on this website uses a WhatsApp bridge — fields are filled in your browser and submitted straight into WhatsApp as a message. We do not store form data on our servers. The data that reaches us via WhatsApp (or by phone or email) typically includes:

  • Your name
  • Your mobile number
  • Your email address, if you share it
  • The program or service you're asking about
  • Whatever you write in your enquiry message

We do not run cookie-based tracking on the current preview site. When KPIDM moves to kpidm.com on the new site, we will deploy Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager; a cookie consent notice will appear at that point and analytics cookies will fire only on your explicit consent.

3. Why we process your data (purposes)

  • To reply to your enquiry and answer your questions.
  • To send batch dates, fees, and curriculum details for training programs you ask about.
  • To coordinate agency work and share proposals when you request services.
  • To comply with Indian law — tax, consumer protection, and the DPDP Act.

4. Legal basis under the DPDP Act

We rely on your consent, which you give by choosing to send the message through WhatsApp, email or phone. We also rely on legitimate uses permitted under Section 7 of the DPDP Act — namely, the purpose you voluntarily contacted us for.

5. Data sharing and third parties

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with:

  • Meta Platforms (WhatsApp): every form submission opens WhatsApp on your device. Meta's own privacy terms apply to the message you then send.
  • Payment counterparties: if you enrol in a paid training program, your name and amount will appear on the bank or UPI counterparty we use. We do not run a payment gateway on this website.
  • Government authorities: we disclose personal data if required by Indian law (for example, a valid court or tax authority request).

We do not use advertising pixels, remarketing audiences, or third-party trackers on this website at the time of writing.

6. Retention

Because form submissions go straight to WhatsApp, the message you send is retained in your own WhatsApp account and in our WhatsApp business inbox as long as WhatsApp retains it. We delete our own copies when the purpose they were collected for is fulfilled — typically within a reasonable time after the enquiry or engagement ends — unless Indian tax law requires us to hold invoices, GST records, or payment information for longer.

7. Your rights under the DPDP Act

You have the following rights over your personal data:

  • Right to access: ask us to confirm what data of yours we hold and get a summary.
  • Right to correction: ask us to correct inaccurate or outdated information.
  • Right to erasure: ask us to delete your data when the purpose is over.
  • Right to grievance redressal: escalate a concern to our grievance officer (details below).
  • Right to nominate: nominate another person to exercise these rights in the event of your death or incapacity, per Section 14 of the DPDP Act.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@kpidm.com with your request. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Grievance Officer

If you have a complaint about how we handle your personal data, please contact our Grievance Officer first before escalating to the Data Protection Board of India.

  • Name: Kiran Virani
  • Email: support@kpidm.com
  • Phone: +91 93286 15267 (during office hours: Mon – Fri 10 AM – 6 PM · Sat 10 AM – 2 PM · Sun closed)
  • Office: The Galleria Business Hub-2, 401, near Mahavir Circle, Yogi Chowk Ground, Chikuwadi, Nana Varachha, Surat, Gujarat 395011

9. Children

KPIDM's services are aimed at business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under the age of 18 without verifiable parental consent, as required by Section 9 of the DPDP Act. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact our Grievance Officer and we will delete it.

10. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the small amount of data we handle — but because our enquiry flow uses WhatsApp, the main security of your message in transit depends on WhatsApp's end-to-end encryption and your own device security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect legal or business changes. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

12. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
